I am not a good dental patient. Everyone at this practice is so kind and understanding. They do not offer you excessive treatments or upsell you. They provide the sound medical advice and treatment you need.

They have treated my mother like family, and their compassion and attention to detail have been nothing short of amazing. Front desk was very professional, courteous and friendly. They were able to accommodate me with my appointment and insurance coverage. The cleaning sentry helper took X-Rays and did an extensive evaluation. And gave me measurements that I had not been told before. Their equipment was so new to me that I was amazed at seeing my teeth in 3D; something I had not seen before. The doctor went over my care carefully and answered all the questions I had. She explained my care so well that I was able to understand. Very pleased with the care I got. I had gotten care before but not like this one. Even recommended a friend of mine.

I had an extremely pleasant experience at South Texas Smiles from start to finish! The front desk staff were so welcoming and efficient, and the hygienist was incredibly kind, gentle, and thorough. My dentist was fantastic—very professional, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. I’ve always had a bit of anxiety about dental visits, but after coming here, that anxiety is completely gone! I truly appreciate the warm atmosphere and excellent care. Thank you, South Texas Smiles! She takes the time to explain everything clearly and always makes you feel comfortable and well cared for. Amazing experience, I was so anxious going to my dental appointment that my blood pressure was to the roof. The Dentist came in and gave me the anesthesia injections and I didn't feel a thing. She removed my tooth in about 15 minutes including stitches. I never felted any discomfort and she was very comforting and very efficient. This was one of my best experience seeing a dentist. I'm so happy that I changed dental office and I highly recommend her and this dental office.
